Private-beta terms

Last updated 9 September 2026

Service

Outemit provides outbound webhook delivery, retry, debugging, and customer-portal tools. During private beta, features may change and service may be suspended for security, abuse, maintenance, or capacity reasons.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to submit payloads and destination URLs, keep credentials confidential, configure recipients lawfully, and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful traffic. Do not use the beta for health data, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other regulated data unless separately agreed in writing.

Delivery semantics

Delivery is at least once: duplicate attempts are possible and recipients must implement idempotency. No uptime, latency, data-residency, or support SLA applies unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Fees and limits

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. A billable destination delivery is an initial delivery created for one endpoint; automatic retries are free, while a manual replay creates new billable destination deliveries. Current plans use a hard cap and do not generate surprise overage invoices.

Data and security

You retain rights in submitted payloads and authorize their processing to provide the service. Security is a shared responsibility. Review the privacy notice and security page.

Beta disclaimer

The beta is provided as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Final contracting entity, governing-law, liability, refund, termination, and dispute terms require operator legal review before public general availability. Contact security@outemit.dev for the executed terms applicable to a paid pilot.
